Computer using guide
There are four Disks in your computer:
Disk C is the system, it must be kept working efficiently.
Disk D is kept for software.
Disk E is for your files.
Disk F is for your files.
1. Please keep your file (doucments, video, picture, etc.) in the Disk E or F.
2. Please install software in the Disk D.
3. Please do not put your file on the desktop. The files on the desktop will be kept in the Disk C. They will be lost when the computer is formatted.
4. Please keep the file in the Disk E if you want. You can set up a shortcut to folders in E drive.
Printer:
There are two printer in the office:
SHANE-FT-020\Xerox Phaser 3117 (Small printer)
SHANE-FT-022\Canon iR2420 UFRII LT (Copy machine)
Please wait a minute after you press “Print”, the printer works slowly.
